Malinda has always been determined to prove to others that they are more than their story. As a child she was determined to not let roadblocks define her journey, so she always kept a positive attitude. Her father was a great example of this as he battled muscular dystrophy, and was confined to a wheelchair. He didn’t let it be his identity despite the struggle. Her family instilled in her a drive to pursue her dreams and to support others to do the same. This was never more apparent than when her mother traveled to Europe to pursue her dream of being an opera singer. Malinda benefited from a strong support system in her life and she will help to create that for her clients.
Malinda founded Embrace Fulfillment coaching in 2013 after receiving her certification from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), ACC ICF Certified and SHRM Certified. She has extensive corporate experience at Nordstrom and Crate & Barrel, specializing in customer service, leadership development and team building. Prior to that, she designed and sold textiles to Union Bay, Generra, and Anne Klein,as well as Nordstrom. Here she utilized her degree in Textiles and General Art from the University of Washington. Her work has spanned both coasts until returning to her hometown of Seattle.
Guiding her clients toward fulfillment is Malinda’s top goal. Malinda will help her clients find their center and get past the negativity that is holding them back. Whether you are looking for a career in the corporate world or experiencing a creative block, Malinda will fight right alongside you as you write the next chapter in your story.
